Beijing Hutong Tour B

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to Liulichang Antique Street, a small street with adjoining hutongs (lanes) lined with shops having facades with Ming and Qing dynasty architectural features. Moving on to the residential Hutong area you will see and experience the day to day lives of the local people and learn how to make dumplings for lunch in a family home. After lunch you will visit the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. They were used for telling time in the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220), and provides an overview of central Beijing and before the modern era. After the tour, you'll be transferred to your hotel.
