Highlights: Confucius temple and porcelain making course in the Hutong.
Our guide will pick up you from hotel in the early morning and then transfer you to the Confucius temple. The Confucius temple was first built in 1302 and served as an altar where intellectuals from the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties offered their respects to Confucius. After about a 1 hour stay, continue on to Guozijian. Its museum contains a very rich collection of old Chinese doorbells, drums, bronze and jade utensils, paintings and calligraphic works. After have lunch, visitors can learn porcelain making with a local family. Then walk to an engraving museum to see an exhibition of Chinese roof engravings. The tour will end with a coffee break in a Hutong café. (Lunch is included)
