Departure: Daily within the flowering season Blossom Time: March 30 - April 15 You will be picked up at your hotel lobby at around 09:00am and head for Dajue Temple. Dajue Temple is a historical monument with a long history of nearly 950 years. It has many precious historical sites, which appeal to those who are interested in Buddhism. There are around 160 ancient trees planted there, and Dajue Temple has long been famous for its magnolia trees. Magnolia begins to bloom in April and flowering lasts for about one week. During those days, the temple is perfumed with fragrance of the flowers, which makes the temple a popular place to visit. Then move on to the Summer Palace. Summer Palace is up to now the best preserved and the largest imperial gardens in China. You can cruise on the Kunming lake and also visit the Garden of Virtue and Harmony, which was built as a theater for the Empress Dowager. Lunch is included. After the tour, you will be returned back to the hotel.
