
Departure: Daily within the flowering season Blossom Time: April 15 - April 30 You will be picked up at your hotel lobby at around 09:00am and head for Yuan Dynasty City Wall Relics Park. Yuan Dynasty City Wall Relics Park, as its name suggests, was built on the city wall relics of the Yuan Dynasty. It extends across Haidian and Chaoyang districts from west to east, with a length of 9 kilometers (6 miles) in total, and it is the largest linear park in Beijing. The moat dug in the Yuan Dynasty flows through the park, and divides it into two parts, connected by six bridges. The north section is the city wall relics protected area, and the south section is planted with trees, flowers and grass, dotted with sculptures, pavilions and murals. The park has the largest number of Chinese flowering crabapple trees in Beijing. Every April, thousands flock to the park to witness the 2,500 trees in full bloom. Then move on to the Summer Palace.Summer Palace is up to now the best preserved and the largest imperial gardens in China. You can cruise on the Kunming lake and also visit the Garden of Virtue and Harmony, which was built as a theater for the Empress Dowager. Lunch is included. After the tour, you will be returned back to the hotel.
