The Chengdu Lantern Festival is one of the most popular festivals in China. This lantern festival one day tour is valid during Spring Festival holidays lasting about one month. You will be picked up from your hotel at about 8:30am by your guide. Then head for Cultural Park which is fully covered by colorful lanterns of different sizes. Try out the mouth watering local snacks served by the food stalls as your lunch. In the afternoon, you'll turn to Qingyang Temple, one of the most famous Taoist temples in China. The city will host a huge fair here during the festive season. Besides seeing colorful display of lanterns, you can also enjoy a wide variety of entertainments involving acrobats, jugglers, games and singing.
