Shikumen, or literally "stone gate", is a type of early 1900s tenement unique to Shanghai. To house Chinese people in the Western quarters at that time, Shikumen is not quite Chinese and not quite Western. Today's tour will introduced you to the hidden beauty of Shikumen, and know some of the old Shanghai people's life in the lanes. The lunch is not included for you may like to taste some kinds of featured snack food there. After the tour, you'll be transferred back to your hotel.
